- Two-component (A/B) ambient temperature curing titanium-based polymer alloy primer
- Main components: Nano organic titanium polymer, high-performance resin, graphene, anti-rust pigments
- Available in solvent-based and solvent-free versions
- Excellent adhesion (Cross-cut test: 0–1 grade)
- Outstanding flexibility, water resistance, abrasion resistance, anti-penetration, and chemical resistance
- Theoretical coverage: Solvent type ≈ 4 m²/kg | Solvent-free ≈ 5 m²/kg
Nano Organic Titanium Heavy Anti-Corrosion Topcoat (Salt Chemical Grade)
- Two-component ambient temperature curing titanium-based polymer alloy topcoat
- Main components: Nano organic titanium polymer, high-performance alloy resin, graphene pigments and fillers
- Available colors: Dark Grey / Black, High gloss finish
- Superior water resistance, abrasion resistance, anti-penetration, and chemical resistance
- Theoretical coverage: Solvent type ≈ 5 m²/kg | Solvent-free ≈ 6 m²/kg
Recommended Coating System
- Standard Protection: 2–3 coats primer + 2 coats topcoat (Total DFT ≥ 250 μm)
- Heavy-Duty Protection: 3–4 coats primer + 2 coats topcoat (or add intermediate coat), Total DFT ≥ 400–500 μm
Suitable Environments
- Long-term exposure to acid, alkali, and salt media (≤ 80°C)
- Marine salt spray and high-humidity environments
- Steel structures, concrete storage tanks, pipelines, equipment, and factory buildings
Application Guidelines
- Surface Preparation: Sa2.5 abrasive blasting, roughness 30–70 μm
- Application Methods: Airless spray (recommended), brush, or roller
- Mixing Ratio: A:B = 5:1 (by weight), stir thoroughly and filter through 100-mesh sieve
- Drying Time (25°C): Touch dry 2 hrs, Hard dry 24 hrs, Full cure 7 days
- Re-coating Interval: Minimum 3 days (after full cure of previous layer)
- Pot Life: Use within 4 hours after mixing
