Description
Graphene is a two-dimensional nanomaterial that tends to agglomerate due to strong van der Waals forces. Conventional graphene powders usually exist as micron or sub-micron agglomerates and cannot fully restore their nanoscale properties when added directly to coatings.
This product is a high-concentration graphene dispersion slurry prepared by advanced high-shear secondary dispersion technology. It contains 15% graphene (by weight) and is formulated with nano-dispersants, coupling agents, and active diluents. It is a 100% solvent-free, flowable liquid paste, making it easy to incorporate into various coating systems.

Typical Applications Used as a universal functional additive in solvent-based and water-based coatings. Addition rate is calculated based on 15% graphene content:
- Anti-corrosion coatings: 6% ~ 7%
- Electrostatic conductive coatings: 7% ~ 10%
- Thermal conductive coatings: 10% ~ 15%
Recommended Usage After the grinding stage of the paint formulation is completed, add this product directly into the coating base and disperse at high speed until uniform. No additional solvents are required.
Precautions
- Store in a cool, dry place away from heat and open flames.
- Shelf life: 6 months. After the expiration date, slight re-agglomeration of nanoparticles may occur. Re-disperse using a sand mill or high-shear mixer before use.
